Securitas is hiring a Security Officer for its Protectas Group subsidiary in Zürich. The role involves patrolling, monitoring access, leading a small team, and managing emergency procedures within a data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the security premises.
• Monitor and control access to restricted areas.
• Oversee the protection of sensitive data.
• Lead evacuation procedures and initiate emergency protocols.
• Supervise a team consisting of two to six agents.
• Prepare and review operational reports.
• Adjust shift schedules to cover personnel shortages.

Requirements

• Prior experience in the security sector.
• Availability for irregular hours, including night shifts, weekends, and a three-shift system.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with modern technology.
• A valid residence permit for Switzerland.
• A clean criminal record.
