Aufgaben

• Structuring and analyzing complex business problems.
• Conducting primary and secondary research.
• Creating financial models to evaluate strategic impacts.
• Communicating and presenting solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Actively participating in project acquisitions and publications.
• Contributing to team and community building.
• Working closely with C-level executives in the financial industry to master strategic challenges.
• Driving agile transformation processes.
• Providing strategic support throughout the M&A lifecycle.

Anforderungen

• Bachelor, Master or PhD in Banking, Finance, Management, Economics or Natural Sciences.
• Initial experience in financial services and/or consulting at leading institutions.
• Excellent academic performance and relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence.
• Clear and convincing communication style.
• Entrepreneurial and performance-oriented mindset.
• Fluent German and English skills.
