This position focuses on supporting two adjacent decentralized apartments housing nine adults with developmental and multiple disabilities. The role operates within a six-person team to provide daily assistance and foster social participation.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to residents, including household management, limited nursing care, and engagement in social activities.
- Apply the functional health concept in all care and support activities.
- Collaborate closely with a six-person internal team, external specialist facilities, and family members.
Requirements
- Hold a completed qualification as a Social Pedagogue, FABE, HEP, AGS, or FAGE Psychiatry.
- Demonstrate an appreciative, humorous, and stable demeanor.
- Communicate in a supportive and clear manner.
- Work both independently and as part of a team.
- Be available for irregular hours, weekends, and night on-call duties.
