Aufgaben

• Lead the Schulinsel in pedagogical, organizational, and administrative matters.
• Supervise students during their stay at the Schulinsel.
• Provide individual support in coordination with teachers.
• Maintain exchange and cooperation with teachers, school social work, school leadership, and other contact persons.

Anforderungen

• Several years of professional experience as a social pedagogue or equivalent qualification.
• Enjoyment and experience in working with children and adolescents.
• Empathetic, assertive, team-oriented, social, and strong communication skills.
• High degree of flexibility and creativity in handling situational requirements.
• Willingness to further develop established structures.
