Aufgaben

• Assume an advanced clinical role with active participation in rounds, case management, and progress for IMC patients.
• Perform defined diagnostic and therapeutic measures including prescriptions within a delegated framework.
• Responsibility for respiratory management (including NIV and High-Flow) in an interprofessional setting.
• Central coordination role between nursing, medical staff, IPS, and bed stations to ensure optimal patient flow.
• Contribute to quality development through coaching, patient and family work, and further development of clinical standards for the IMC nursing team.

Anforderungen

• Postgraduate course in monitoring nursing (Nachdiplomkurs in Überwachungspflege).
• Several years of clinical experience in IMC or intensive care.
• Master's degree in nursing science.
