Aufgaben

• Lead a motivated and collegial team together with the head nurse.
• Represent nursing at interdisciplinary meetings.
• Coordinate activities and daily planning as the person responsible for the day.
• Actively participate in nursing care.
• Share responsibility for the professional leadership of the department together with the head nurse.
• Actively participate in change processes and promote a constructive work culture.
• Represent the head nurse in their absence.

Anforderungen

• Training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH.
• High social competence, organizational skills, and solution-oriented thinking.
• High resilience and independence.
