Aufgaben

• Operation, configuration, and further development of cloud and on-premise infrastructures
• Implementation and support of network and security solutions
• Participation in security and infrastructure projects
• Analysis and resolution of disruptions within the scope of 2nd-level support
• Documentation of system environments and technical solutions
• Participation in the implementation of security measures and best practices
• Supporting senior engineers in projects and quotations
• Advising customers on technical IT questions

Anforderungen

• Training in computer science (system technology / platform development) or comparable qualification
• Experience as a System Engineer, System Administrator, or IT Engineer
• Good knowledge in several of the following areas: Microsoft Server / Active Directory, Microsoft 365 / Azure, Network (Firewall, VPN, Routing, Switching), IT Security / Cyber Security
• Very good German skills
