System Engineer Windows & Azure (m/w/d) 80-100%

Aufgaben

• Ensures stable multi-platform operation (Windows / Linux / Kubernetes) in a hybrid-cloud environment (Azure/ GCP/ On-Prem).
• Manages Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, as well as certificate and security services.
• Supports Azure environment (Compute, Storage, Networking, Backup, Identity) and virtualization environments (VMWare & Hyper-V).
• Actively participates in infrastructure projects such as migrations, modernizations, and cloud integrations.
• Analyzes and resolves incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support sustainably.
• Automates and optimizes processes with PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
• Creates and maintains technical documentation and standards.
• Works closely with internal teams, external partners, and application owners.
• Participates in a rotating technical on-call service and is responsible for interventions during outages outside office hours.

Anforderungen

• Completed IT training (EFZ, HF, FH) or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience as a System Engineer in Windows and/or Azure environments.
• Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure.
• Linux knowledge and ideally experience in operating Kubernetes.
• Good scripting skills, with a high weight on PowerShell.
• Basic knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, Firewall, Routing).
• Communicates fluently in German and English.
