Aufgaben

• Support project managers in administrative project processing.
• Accompany individual projects on-site at construction sites.
• Support in billing.
• Assist in creating offers and measurements.
• Ensure quality-, deadline-, and cost-compliant processing of offers.
• Negotiate and procure materials and tools, including requesting quotes in the purchasing process.
• Conduct AVOR and technical assessments.
• Active collaboration and communication with architects, specialist planners, and clients.

Anforderungen

• Completion of an electrical profession with EFZ (e.g., electrical installer EFZ or similar).
• In further education or with completion as federal FA or HF (e.g., electrical project manager with federal FA or technician HF).
• Several years of professional experience in the electrical industry, ideally supplemented by experience in the commercial sector.
• Team player with joy in dealing with people, strong communicator and supportive.
• Independent, solution-oriented and structured working style with high quality awareness.
• Solid knowledge of MS-Office.
• Very good German skills (negotiation-safe in speech and writing).
