Aufgaben

• Greet customers and ensure a pleasant shopping atmosphere.
• Ensure shelves and sales areas are always fully, neatly, and attractively presented.
• Independently identify which products need to refilled and ensure optimal product availability.
• Regularly check price labels and ensure correct labeling.
• Receive deliveries, store the goods, and keep the store in a well-maintained condition at all times.
• Operate the cash register and assist customers with questions.
• Identify optimization opportunities on the sales floor and proactively report anomalies or stock shortages to the headquarters.
• Take responsibility for the daily operation of the store.

Anforderungen

• Experience in retail or sales is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and recognize tasks without being told.
• High sense of responsibility and a good eye for order, product presentation, and details.
• Enjoyment in actively getting involved and setting priorities independently.
• Interest in home, gift, decoration, and lifestyle products.
• Friendly demeanor and enjoyment of contact with customers.
• Flexibility, reliability, and team skills.
• Very good German language skills.
