Video Producer

Elca Informatik AG seeks a Video Producer in Pully to lead visual storytelling for corporate communications, handling production from scripting to post-production across Switzerland.

As a key member of the Corporate Communications team, this position is responsible for bringing ELCA's narratives to life through high-quality visual content. The role operates in a dynamic environment serving blue-chip clients across various sectors, requiring regular travel within Switzerland and occasional support for international productions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to convert project objectives into creative scripts and storyboards.
• Direct on-set operations, including guiding participants, managing multi-camera configurations, and supervising audio and lighting setups.
• Lead post-production efforts to create engaging edits for diverse platforms while strictly following brand guidelines.
• Maintain a rigorous archiving system by organizing project files and raw footage on the dedicated Cloud NAS.

Requirements

• Proficient expertise in video editing software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Davinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of colour grading techniques, with a focus on Sony camera profiles.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to manage and coordinate several video projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German or French.
• Solid command of motion design.
• Experience in producing corporate videos.
