Aufgaben

• Lead wood construction and interior fitting work on-site.
• Ensure quality-compliant creation of innovative wood construction solutions.
• Create and install individually manufactured wood construction systems, facade work, and HBV elements according to plan and schedule.
• Plan assignments and coordinate the team on-site.
• Ensure a smooth project process including reporting.
• Ensure compliance with S&G measures and local safety regulations.

Anforderungen

• Trained carpenter (Zimmerin/Zimmermann) or (construction) joiner (Bau)Schreiner*in.
• Successfully completed further training as a foreman (Vorbereiter*in) or site manager (Polier*in).
• Professional experience in the wood construction environment.
• Proven expertise in a leadership role.
• Fluent German language skills.
• Valid driver's license category B.
