Responsibilities
- Assist the team with production, sales, and back-of-house operations.
- Provide instruction, supervision, and quality assurance for daily activities.
- Step in to help with production tasks as required.
- Build respectful relationships with staff, serve as a reliable contact person, and deliver constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with the team to plan and execute small-scale projects.
- Handle administrative duties, leveraging any previous experience.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in working with individuals who have mental disabilities.
- Show strong social skills and maintain respectful, careful interactions.
- Exhibit patience and empathy, especially in stressful situations, while supporting people with disabilities.
- Be capable of working autonomously.
- Have a keen interest in the gastronomy industry and kitchen operations.
