Zeichner EFZ Fachrichtung Ingenieurbau (m/w)

The company seeks a mid-level draughtsman for engineering construction in Schaffhausen. The role focuses on creating 3D formwork, reinforcement, and excavation plans while supporting project managers on diverse construction projects.

This position provides essential support to project and construction managers by independently developing detailed 3D formwork, reinforcement, and excavation plans, as well as steel structure drawings. The role covers a wide range of projects, from residential homes to large-scale industrial and high-rise buildings.

Responsibilities

• Independently generate 3D formwork and reinforcement layouts, excavation plans, and steel structure construction drawings.
• Translate architectural foundations and engineering specifications into practical planning documents.
• Monitor the execution of planning bases directly on the construction site.
• Assist in preparing concrete tenders and support engineers with infrastructure project management.

Requirements

• Completion of a draughtsman apprenticeship (EFZ) in engineering construction or equivalent technical training.
• Strong interest in precise and efficient planning for diverse high-rise, excavation, bridge, and infrastructure projects.
• Enthusiasm for digital tools and modern methods like 3D laser scanning and BIM planning.
• Ability to work collaboratively, take ownership, and mentor trainees by sharing expertise in engineering construction.
