Aufgaben

• Clarify the situation of persons regarding their need for help and protection based on reports received by the KESB Bern.
• Accompany and advise people in crisis situations.
• Search for solutions within and outside adult protection law, considering self-determination.
• Mediate and coordinate assistance and search for suitable subsidiary support measures.
• Document cases and write clarification reports with recommendations for adult protection measures.

Anforderungen

• Degree in Social Work or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in the social sector, preferably in adult protection.
• Knowledge of the social security system.
• High social, professional, and counseling competencies.
• Networked working style, resilience, great organizational skill, and pronounced communication skills.
