Anforderungen

• Completed training in social pedagogy, social work, or a comparable social field at university of applied sciences or university level.
• First leadership experience or willingness for corresponding further training.
• Responsibility-oriented and solution-oriented working style.
• High social competence and communication skills.
• Resilient, flexible, and reflective personality.
