Work Selection AG is hiring a temporary Plant Operator for a 2-shift role in Schachen, Canton of Luzern, focusing on production and machine monitoring.
This position involves a temporary assignment within a two-shift framework for a client located in the Canton of Luzern. The primary focus is on the efficient operation of production facilities and the manufacturing of roofing membranes.
Responsibilities
- Manufacturing semi-finished and final products according to specifications.
- Operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure smooth workflow.
- Producing roofing membranes while strictly following established guidelines.
- Ensuring compliance with all production protocols and quality standards.
- Performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks on equipment.
- Assisting with various general tasks within the production area.
Requirements
- Completion of technical vocational training or a minimum of four years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to grasp concepts quickly.
- Proficiency in German, both spoken and written, at a good to very good level.
- Competent computer skills for daily tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to shift work schedules.
Nice to have
- A valid forklift license recognized by SUVA.
