This apprenticeship prepares candidates for the profession of Hotel and Catering Specialist EFZ. Trainees provide high-quality guest service during peak summer and winter periods, while spending the off-season at a school hotel for theoretical education and potentially supporting other Kempinski properties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to guests throughout the busy summer and winter seasons.
• Participate in theoretical training at a designated school hotel during the off-season.
• Assist sister hotels with operations when capacity allows during the off-season.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests warmly and ensuring their comfort.

Requirements

• Be at least 17 years old when the apprenticeship begins.
• Demonstrate strong motivation, independence, and a collaborative team spirit.
• Possess very good proficiency in both German and English.
• Show a passion for hospitality, including flexibility and commitment to the field.
• Have completed relevant internships in high-level hotel or catering environments.
• Enjoy interacting with people and maintain a professional appearance.
