Responsibilities

- Ensure clear information transfer during high-pressure situations
Requirements
- Successfully completed nursing or healthcare training (e.g., registered nurse)
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in direct patient care or clinical support
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a focus on empathy
- Capacity to work autonomously and prioritize care tasks effectively
- Proven experience collaborating within interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Familiarity with nursing documentation and care planning processes
- Willingness and ability to work shift schedules, including evenings, weekends, and nights
- Physical and mental resilience with a strong sense of responsibility
- Basic understanding of hygiene protocols and safety regulations
- Excellent command of the German language
