Cross Care GmbH seeks a mid-level nursing professional in Switzerland to deliver patient-centered care within a supportive, interdisciplinary team. The role involves direct patient care, documentation, and collaboration with healthcare staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform fundamental and therapeutic care tasks, help patients with movement, administer prescribed medications, and provide daily support.
• Record patient developments accurately, identify health changes promptly, and maintain clear records.
• Communicate compassionately with patients, families, and team members, ensuring information is shared clearly and effectively.

Requirements

• Successfully completed nursing or healthcare training, such as a qualified nurse certification.
• Possess 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in direct patient care or clinical support roles.
• Demonstrate strong communication abilities and empathy when interacting with patients.
• Work autonomously, manage tasks efficiently, and prioritize care needs effectively.
• Have prior experience collaborating within interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Be familiar with nursing documentation processes and care planning methods.
• Be available for shift work, including evenings, weekends, and nights.
• Show physical and mental stamina alongside a strong sense of responsibility.
• Understand basic hygiene protocols and safety regulations.
• Hold very good proficiency in German.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in inpatient or outpatient care settings.
• Familiarity with digital nursing documentation tools or patient administration software.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
• Knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
