Business Development Internship (EMEA)

Anthropos Group GmbH seeks a Business Development Intern in Chiasso to support EMEA sales efforts for its Workforce solution. This six-month on-site role focuses on prospecting and learning enterprise sales techniques.

This internship provides young professionals with their first exposure to startup sales and go-to-market strategies within the enterprise technology sector. Over a six-month period, the intern will collaborate with the EMEA sales team to promote the Anthropos Workforce solution to mid-sized and large organizations, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and tailored messaging.
• Observe sales team members during outbound activities, including cold calls and email outreach, to understand solution presentation and target identification.
• Gain experience in demonstrating the product and articulating its return on investment and value proposition to prospective customers.
• Work closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, and operations departments to support broader business objectives.

Requirements

• Fluency in speaking and writing in Italian, English, and/or German.
