Pemsa is seeking a mid-level scaffolder for on-site construction and renovation projects in Corpataux, CH. The role requires assembling scaffolding, ensuring safety compliance, and working effectively within a team.

This position places the candidate on active construction and renovation sites, where they will collaborate with a team to erect and dismantle various scaffolding structures. The primary focus is on maintaining high safety standards and ensuring structural integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Construct and take down different types of scaffolding systems.
• Fit safety gear and barriers according to current legal standards.
• Check that all installations are stable and meet regulatory requirements.
• Follow all safety protocols and internal company procedures strictly.

Requirements

• At least one year of professional experience working as a scaffolder.
• Maintain good physical fitness for manual labor.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work well in a team.
• Show autonomy, attention to detail, and punctuality.
• Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle.

Nice to have

• Possession of specific training or certifications in scaffolding is considered an advantage.
