The company is seeking a scaffolder for a permanent position in Sissach. The role involves erecting, securing, and dismantling scaffolding structures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
This position offers direct permanent employment with a client located in Sissach. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of scaffolding projects, from initial setup to final dismantling, ensuring all structures are safe and compliant.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and secure construction sites for safe operations.
- Collaborate with various construction team members to coordinate activities.
- Construct working and protective scaffolding structures.
- Assemble scaffold components according to project specifications.
- Stabilize and anchor scaffolding to ensure structural integrity.
- Erect load-bearing scaffolding systems.
- Install load-distributing supports or foundations on the ground.
- Dismantle scaffolding and seal anchoring holes in facades.
- Cut scaffold planks and edge boards to required dimensions.
- Install stairs, ladders, and runways in compliance with accident prevention regulations.
- Lift loads and operate lifting equipment and elevators.
- Inspect scaffold components for condition, store them properly, and perform maintenance.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a scaffolder or a similar qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in scaffolding, including facade and industrial scaffolding.
- Valid driver's license Category B.
- Completion of SUVA safety courses.
