Consultant - People Advisory Services Tax - Payroll (Zürich)

Responsibilities

• Support national and international clients in payroll and HR administration
• Manage payroll accounting, including communication with clients, tax authorities, and social security institutions
• Collaborate with nearshore and offshore teams to ensure timely completion of monthly payroll processes
• Contribute to business development activities, including client acquisition and local networking
• Work on internal and external projects from day one, gaining insights into technical topics, industries, and business functions

Requirements

• Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
• One to two years of practical experience in payroll and social security/employment tax
• Proficient in English and German
• Solid knowledge of and hands-on experience with MS Office

Nice to have

• French and/or Italian language skills
• Familiarity with ABACUS and/or SAP
