This position sits within the People Advisory Services department, specifically focusing on payroll operations. It is designed as a part-time opportunity that welcomes career returnees. The consultant will engage with dynamic projects daily, providing immediate exposure to diverse industries and corporate structures while supporting the Tax Payroll team.
Responsibilities
- Assist both domestic and international clients with payroll processing and personnel administration tasks.
- Manage payroll accounting duties, which include liaising with clients, tax authorities, and social security entities.
- Collaborate with near-shore and off-shore teams to ensure the timely completion of monthly payroll cycles.
- Contribute to business development efforts by helping acquire new clients and building professional networks at the Zurich location.
- Join internal and external projects from the start, gaining deep insights across various sectors and business units.
Requirements
- Hold a recognized diploma or certificate as a payroll specialist, social security expert, or in a related field.
- Demonstrate excellent proficiency in English.
- Possess significant prior experience in wage processing.
Nice to have
- Ability to communicate in German or French.
- Strong familiarity with MS Office, ABACUS, and/or SAP software.
