Consultant - Technology Risk / EMEIA Financial Services in Geneva (Graduate)

Graduate Consultant role in Technology Risk for Financial Services in Geneva, focusing on IT audits, regulatory compliance, and risk management for clients.

This position addresses the growing influence of technology on business by helping clients manage risks linked to areas like cloud computing, AI, and cybersecurity. The consultant will engage with client stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with global teams while continuously learning about emerging IT risk topics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of IT general controls and application controls that support financial reporting.
• Perform SOCR (ISAE) testing, generate reports, and evaluate risks within business and IT processes.
• Evaluate compliance with FINMA regulations during annual regulatory audits.
• Assist with specialized audits and engagements covering data migration, third-party reporting, IT risk assessments, information security evaluations, and data analytics.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the Technology Risk Team.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or business informatics.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork abilities, leadership potential, commitment, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess excellent business communication skills in both French and English.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in IT audit, IT risk, or IT security, ideally within a financial services provider, along with project management background.
• CISA certification.
• Proficiency in German.
