Court Assistant

Swiss Indoors AG seeks a Court Assistant intern for on-site work in Basel. The role focuses on maintaining court conditions, supporting ceremonies, and assisting players and staff during the tournament.

This internship places you within the tournament operations team, working closely with players and coaches to keep the main and training courts in top shape. You will help prepare the playing surfaces, support award ceremonies, and respond to requests from athletes and the organizing staff.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teammates to maintain the Center Court, IWB Court 1, and practice areas in excellent condition.
• Clean and ready the tennis courts before and during matches.
• Provide support during trophy presentations and award ceremonies.
• Address and fulfill specific requests from players and tournament organizers.

Requirements

• Be at least 20 years of age.
• Demonstrate fluency in both German and English.
• Show professionalism, reliability, and a cooperative attitude.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Remain quick, flexible, and composed under pressure.

• Knowledge of an additional language.
