This six-month internship places the candidate within the Basel Customer Service team, focusing on aviation and client support. The position involves assisting with daily operational tasks and contributing to projects that enhance the overall customer journey and workplace experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage professional reception duties at the Basel headquarters.
- Help establish and refine internal processes and operational procedures.
- Coordinate facility support needs from subtenants to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist the Customer Service Department with various operational tasks and ongoing projects.
- Participate in efforts to improve service quality and the general workplace environment.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a study program related to Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, or a similar field.
- Prior experience in reception, front office, or hospitality roles within a high-standard hospitality setting.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of French and/or German.
