Responsibilities
- Enter and confirm customer orders in the system, handling updates, modifications, and cancellations
- Assist in preparing documentation needed for invoicing and certification processes
- Deliver timely and accurate order status reports to internal teams and customers
- Support the Order Handling Team with administrative and coordination tasks for active orders
- Maintain data accuracy and follow internal procedures and guidelines
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluent in both German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with email and communication tools
- Meticulous attention to detail when handling data and documents
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Prior internship or practical experience in customer service, logistics, order processing, or freight forwarding
