Working student Operations

Hitex S.A. in Switzerland is seeking a working student for an operations internship. The role involves supporting warehouse and production activities, inventory management, and various operational departments. Candidates must be enrolled students with strong German and English skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations by organizing and storing inventory across multiple warehouse locations.
• Pick items needed for production processes.
• Help improve efficiency and workplace organization using the 5S method in intralogistics.
• Count inventory to maintain accurate stock records.
• Package and ship finished products.
• Assist in other operational areas including testing, purchasing, and sales.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student and available to complete a voluntary or mandatory internship.
• Interest in technology and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Very good written and spoken skills in both German and English.
• Structured and careful approach to tasks and responsibilities.
