FELFEL seeks a Working Student in Operations & Logistics for its Zurich team. The role involves coordinating supply chain activities, managing partner communications, and ensuring high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
This position supports FELFEL’s dispatcher team by maintaining operational excellence. The successful candidate will help streamline logistics processes, resolve issues proactively, and ensure a smooth experience for both customers and partners.
Responsibilities
- Track service metrics to guarantee high-quality delivery and maintain customer satisfaction as a primary goal.
- Serve as the main liaison for logistics partners and multilingual drivers, ensuring clear communication and rapid response times.
- Oversee supply chain workflows, organizing tasks efficiently and addressing potential problems before they escalate.
- Collaborate with customer support and hardware departments to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges swiftly.
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in English.
- Native-level proficiency in German for the Zurich location.
- Native-level proficiency in French for the Lausanne location.
- Must not smoke.
- Must hold a valid Swiss work permit or possess Swiss citizenship.
Nice to have
- Prior hands-on experience in logistics, operations, or coordination roles.
- Trilingual ability in English, German, and French is considered a significant advantage.
