FELFEL seeks an Intern for Data Analytics & Operations in Zürich to optimize inventory, support sales, and reduce waste through data-driven insights.
This six-month internship, beginning in August or September, focuses on managing the logistics of food and coffee distribution to FELFEL fridges and Gavetti machines. The intern collaborates closely with the sales department to handle client needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily stocking algorithms and review key performance metrics to improve inventory levels.
- Utilize data analysis to minimize food waste and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Coordinate special client orders, including holiday-specific adjustments or extra deliveries.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest practical improvements for ongoing projects.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of internal databases and management tools.
Requirements
- A recently completed Bachelor’s degree or a candidate looking to gain practical work experience.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent command of the English language.
- Possession of a Swiss passport or a valid work permit for Switzerland.
