Supply Chain Data Operations Intern

Richemont seeks a Supply Chain Data Operations Intern for a 12-month full-time role in Plan-les-Ouates, CH, supporting data transformation through Power BI and Looker.

This 12-month internship supports a business data transformation initiative within the supply chain and manufacturing sectors. The position focuses on turning complex operational data into actionable insights to drive efficiency and informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain Power BI and Looker dashboards to convert raw data into clear insights.
• Monitor operational metrics to spot trends, anomalies, and potential risks.
• Work with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and manage project expectations.
• Ensure high standards for data accuracy, integrity, and validation while documenting reporting logic.
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements that reduce costs.
• Create visualizations and narratives that help diverse audiences understand complex data.
• Contribute to the analytical roadmap by delivering quality solutions on schedule.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data, Engineering, Business Intelligence, or equivalent professional experience.
• Solid understanding of reporting and analytics processes, preferably within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations.
• Proficiency in advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, Looker, SQL, Data modelling, and BigQuery.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
