Supply Chain Data Operations Intern

Roger Dubuis seeks a Supply Chain Data Operations Intern for a 12-month onsite role in Plan-les-Ouates, CH, focusing on data analytics and reporting within the luxury watchmaking sector.

This 12-month internship places the candidate at the heart of supply chain and manufacturing data operations. The position aims to support a broader data transformation initiative by maintaining and improving reporting systems to deliver actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Looker to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
• Analyze operational metrics to spot trends, anomalies, and potential risks.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define their analytical requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that align with strategic goals and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Uphold strict standards for data accuracy and integrity.
• Perform data validation, document reporting logic, and follow internal policies.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements based on data analysis.
• Develop strategies to optimize operations visually, cut costs, and boost efficiency.
• Communicate complex findings to various audiences through compelling visualizations and narratives.
• Empower stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data, Engineering, Business Intelligence, or equivalent professional experience.
• Solid understanding of reporting and analytics processes, preferably within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations.
• Proficiency in advanced analytics tools including Power BI, Looker, SQL, Data modelling, and BigQuery; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is beneficial.
• Strong hands-on experience delivering solutions in Power BI and/or Looker.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
