Supply Chain Planning Intern

Roger Dubuis seeks a Supply Chain Planning Intern in Villars-sur-Glane to support distribution strategies and data analysis within an international luxury setting.

This internship is situated within the Supply Chain department, which manages the distribution of finished goods. The position is designed to bridge academic knowledge with practical professional experience in a global business context.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis to define and execute supply strategies that optimize inventory levels.
• Review forecasts and coordinate with various stakeholders to align supply chain activities.
• Work with marketing teams, external suppliers, and market units to address operational challenges.
• Develop new reports and maintain existing dashboards, primarily using Power BI or Anaplan.
• Join continuous improvement initiatives focused on departmental efficiency.

Requirements

• Currently in the final year of a Master’s program in Engineering with a specialization in Supply Chain.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and prior experience with Power BI.
• Solid analytical abilities to interpret data and navigate information systems effectively.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Demonstrated organization, autonomy, and reliability in daily tasks.
