Supply Chain Solutions Engineer Intern

Roger Dubuis seeks a Supply Chain Solutions Engineer Intern to support Cartier Operations' Execution Excellence Team with digital case management and process optimization.

This internship is part of the Cartier Operations' Execution Excellence Team. The position focuses on enhancing supply chain efficiency by creating innovative digital solutions and streamlining operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create and deploy digital case management systems using the Pega platform.
• Gather business requirements through workshops and interviews to define clear business cases.
• Design scalable and robust workflows within the Pega environment.
• Produce detailed design documentation and user training materials.
• Develop, test, and maintain Pega applications following industry best practices.
• Oversee development progress to guarantee quality and on-time delivery.
• Identify inefficient processes and suggest optimization strategies.
• Build automated workflows to reduce manual effort and improve speed.
• Track and assess the performance of new solutions after implementation.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across various departments.

Requirements

• Currently in the final year of an engineering program focused on Supply Chain or a related scientific discipline.
• Solid grasp of BI tools, data architecture principles, and ERP systems.
• Basic familiarity with low-code application development.
• Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Fluency in both French and English.

Nice to have

• Prior knowledge of SAP ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with the Pega low-code platform.
• Interest in front-end web development technologies such as CSS, React, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and experience using Jira.
