Supply Chain Intern

Roger Dubuis seeks a Supply Chain Intern to support its Group Supply Chain Team in a major downstream planning transformation. The role focuses on designing solutions, training users, and validating new processes within a luxury watchmaking context.

This internship is embedded within the Group Supply Chain Team and plays a key part in a significant transformation program focused on downstream supply chain planning. The intern will assist in designing process and tool solutions, creating training materials, and ensuring successful operational adoption across the company's Maisons.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing solutions for processes, tools, and performance indicators.
• Develop training materials to support implementation in the Maisons.
• Validate proposed solutions with end-users to ensure effectiveness.
• Support end-users during the operational implementation phase.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of global supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical skills with an interest in data analytics.
• Comfortable using IT tools and reporting software.
• Familiarity with planning processes, reporting tools, and project management.
• Adaptable and positive attitude when working with diverse people and environments.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Intellectual curiosity, good general culture, and motivation to learn.
