Upstream Supply Chain Project Intern

Roger Dubuis seeks an Upstream Supply Chain Project Intern in Bellevue, CH, to support analytics, reporting, and workshop facilitation within its luxury manufacturing ecosystem.

The Supply Chain function serves as a critical performance driver for the Maisons, requiring agility to ensure end-to-end product availability. Group Supply Chain Solutions operates as an internal consulting unit, aiding the Maisons in their transformation goals. This position places the intern within a robust manufacturing ecosystem, working closely with both the Maisons and internal production facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and upkeep analytics and reporting instruments for upstream processes.
• Assist the Maisons in effectively utilizing the implemented analytics and reporting solutions.
• Help organize and facilitate workshops.
• Conduct specific analyses to aid ongoing projects and provide data-driven insights to the team.
• Document analysis and workshop outcomes to prepare materials for steering committees.
• Collaborate on creating a methodological toolkit based on best practices.
• Draft user guides for internal tools.
• Produce communication materials to promote initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the final year of a Master’s program or holding an equivalent engineering qualification.
• Possess knowledge or experience in industrial supply chain operations.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Show a keen interest in data analytics alongside robust analytical capabilities.
• Be proficient with dashboard and visualization software, specifically PowerBI.
• Fluency in both English and French is required.

• Basic understanding of SQL.
