Internship within Cartier Operations' Execution Excellence Team to build data-driven supply chain solutions using Pega and low-code tools. Requires engineering studies, bilingual French/English skills, and interest in process optimization.

This internship sits inside Cartier Operations' Execution Excellence Team, where the intern will help shape the company's data-driven strategy. The position focuses on building and improving the data environment, including datasets, dataflows, dashboards, and automation, while contributing to the continuous improvement of supply chain operations through innovative solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of delivering a low-code communication workflow tool, from initial requirements gathering through to end-user training and support.
  • Establish and maintain best practices, creating valuable learning materials to ensure the ongoing success of initiatives.
  • Design and implement digital case management solutions using Pega to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Analyze business needs, define business cases, and design robust, scalable workflows within the Pega platform.
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions using workshops and interviews to translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications.
  • Develop and maintain detailed design documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Implement and test Pega applications, adhering to best practices for software engineering, version control, and continuous integration.
  • Supervise the development process to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Create comprehensive user documentation and training materials to support system adoption.
  • Identify and analyze non-value-added processes, proposing innovative solutions for optimization and automation using Pega.
  • Develop and implement automated workflows to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and minimize errors.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, identifying areas for further improvement.

Requirements

  • Currently in the last year of an engineering school in Supply Chain or a similar scientific field.
  • Good understanding of BI tools, data architecture, and overall ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with low-code applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Fluent in both French and English.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SAP ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with Power Automate, Sales Force, or Pega.
  • Interest in market-leading front-end and web development solutions (CSS, REACT, JavaScript).
  • Pro-active, curious, and familiar with agile methodology.
  • Knowledge of Jira.
