Business Performance Intern

Roger Dubuis seeks a Business Performance Intern in Plan-les-Ouates to support forecasting, data analysis, and reporting within an international luxury watchmaking environment.

This internship provides hands-on experience in business planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. The role requires close collaboration with both headquarters and regional teams to ensure data accuracy and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assist in consolidating monthly forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.
• Validate data sets to detect missing information or inconsistencies.
• Create and maintain planning templates, trackers, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct recurring analyses to monitor performance and support business reviews.
• Perform initial variance analysis to spot trends, anomalies, and performance drivers.
• Design charts, tables, and visualizations for leadership presentations.
• Help maintain and improve existing reporting tools and dashboards.
• Test and validate new reports and dashboards developed in Looker.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting tasks for greater efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in both English and French.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Additional language skills.
