FELFEL seeks an Intern in Revenue Management for a 6-month onsite role in Zürich. The position focuses on inventory optimization, data analysis, and client coordination for food and coffee services.
This internship, lasting six months and beginning in August or September, centers on the operational side of FELFEL’s hospitality services. The intern will manage the distribution of food and beverages to company fridges and Gavetti machines while collaborating with the sales department to address client needs and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily stocking algorithms and review performance metrics to improve inventory levels.
- Utilize data analysis to minimize food waste and enhance the customer experience.
- Handle specific client demands, including holiday schedule changes or extra orders.
- Spot operational challenges, suggest innovative solutions, and monitor the results of new projects.
- Ensure the precision and reliability of internal databases and management tools.
Requirements
- Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or currently between academic terms seeking practical work.
- Strong command of MS Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Possession of a Swiss passport or a valid work permit for Switzerland.
- Non-smoking status.
