This internship provides hands-on experience within the Zurich Internal Control Integrated Framework (ICIF). The successful candidate will help identify best practices for documenting and assessing risks in financial reporting and operational areas, while also contributing to training materials and broader innovation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining the Internal Control Integrated Framework (ICIF) throughout the organization.
- Work with global risk communities to find and apply best practices for documenting and evaluating risks in financial and operational contexts.
- Help create training content and communication materials alongside team members.
- Participate in innovation projects aimed at improving processes.
- Perform daily operational tasks related to risk management.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university or higher education institution, studying business, accounting, finance, economics, or information systems.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Based in Switzerland and available to work onsite in Zürich for the six-month duration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
