On is seeking an Intern for Group Reporting in Zürich to support external financial reporting, consolidate data, and help automate processes using AI and technology.
The Group Reporting team handles On’s external financial disclosures, consolidated statements, and technical accounting matters in line with regulatory standards. This six-month internship places you directly within the team to assist with quarterly, semi-annual, and annual filings while collaborating across departments to gather essential data and insights.
Responsibilities
- Help prepare quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reports for SEC filings and external publication, ensuring compliance with IFRS and SEC rules.
- Work closely with Accounting, Finance, Legal, Controlling, Treasury, and Investor Relations to collect key data and qualitative insights for reporting purposes.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements by using AI and technology to streamline and automate group reporting workflows.
- Contribute to ad-hoc analysis, cross-functional projects, monthly consolidation tasks, accounting policies, and technical accounting memos.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication abilities in English.
- Eligible to work in the EU or Switzerland.
Nice to have
- Foundational knowledge of accounting principles, with IFRS experience viewed favorably.
- Interest in exploring how AI and automation can enhance finance department operations.
