Working Student CI Program Management Office (50%-100%) 9-12 months

Zurich Insurance seeks a Working Student for its CI Program Management Office in Zürich. This hybrid role focuses on using AI and data to support portfolio decisions and innovation experiments over a 9–12 month period.

The company is looking for a curious student to join a small, collaborative team that aids Zurich in making faster, smarter decisions regarding its change and innovation portfolio. The position involves applying data and AI to generate insights for product and portfolio choices, offering a hands-on opportunity to tackle real business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI and data tools to generate portfolio insights and management reports
• Investigate and test new business concepts and AI-driven solutions
• Assist in designing, testing, and validating early-stage concepts with users
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, transformation specialists, and product teams
• Transform delivery data into clear, decision-ready insights using analytics
• Support the creation of AI-assisted reporting tools and dashboards
• Help refine problem statements, value hypotheses, and business cases
• Use structured thinking to challenge assumptions and identify risks
• Facilitate early-stage tests such as prototypes and concept walkthroughs
• Consolidate feedback to assess the desirability and feasibility of concepts
• Document findings and recommend next steps for decision forums
• Prepare visual summaries of insights and recommendations
• Share learnings and best practices with colleagues across functions and countries
• Contribute to a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
• Available for a minimum 9-month internship
• Based in Switzerland
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very good written and spoken English proficiency

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting languages like Python or SQL
• Familiarity with AI tools
• Knowledge of additional languages
