Baer AG seeks a working student in Zürich to support Technology Governance & Third Party Risk Management activities, offering hands-on experience in governance, risk, and compliance.
This position assists the Technology Governance office with reporting, exception handling, and audit tracking. It provides practical exposure to governance, risk, and compliance processes while helping finalize and roll out a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) project.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Technology Governance team with reporting, managing exceptions, and tracking audits.
- Keep governance documents current and consolidate governance metrics.
- Help finalize and launch the TPRM project, including migrating existing engagements to the new system.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to complete third-party risk assessments.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts across different domains and follow up on their input.
- Track and report on the progress of ongoing third-party risk assessments.
- Support the onboarding and kickoff of new assessments using internal tools.
- Maintain documentation and ensure data quality within TPRM systems.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
- Interest in governance, risk management, and sourcing activities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Highly motivated and self-driven student with a proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working with tools like Excel, SharePoint, or risk management platforms.
- Fluent in English.
