Working Student (m/w/d) IT Application Support (50-60%)

Schindler Aufzüge AG seeks a Working Student for IT Application Support in Ebikon. The role focuses on maintaining application portfolios, supporting users, and coordinating with stakeholders.

This position places the candidate at the center of application management activities. The primary purpose is to sustain and evolve the current software landscape while providing direct technical assistance to end-users and ensuring smooth daily operations through effective stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the existing suite of applications.
• Process and handle incoming requests for new software solutions.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of software license renewals.
• Provide advisory support to CRD users and resolve their issues.
• Take ownership of escalation management without constant supervision.
• Collaborate with internal groups such as CRD and SIS.
• Assist the operations team with routine daily tasks.
• Develop and update process documentation, checklists, and knowledge base entries within CTO-IT.
• Review license consumption data to improve the application portfolio.
• Participate in project work and assist with gathering requirements.

Requirements

• Active enrollment in a university program for Computer Science or Business IT.
• Fluency in both German and English, including written and spoken proficiency.
