Working Student Team Support - Enterprise Architecture & IT Governance (40-60%)

SIX Group seeks a Working Student for Team Support in Enterprise Architecture & IT Governance in Zürich. The role involves supporting communication, operational processes, and event coordination within the team.

This position sits within the Enterprise Architecture & IT Governance team at SIX, a major provider of financial market infrastructure. The role provides practical exposure to various topics bridging business and IT functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with communication efforts for Enterprise Architecture by creating presentations, stakeholder maps, and communication frameworks.
• Help maintain and structure data and documentation for Enterprise Architecture Management processes.
• Develop presentations by organizing data into visual formats and management summaries.
• Plan and coordinate internal events, such as Architecture Days and workshops.
• Manage meeting logistics, including scheduling and aligning participants.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and communication abilities with a structured approach to tasks.
• Capable of working autonomously and handling several tasks at once.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent proficiency in both English and German.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Spanish.
