Working Student Group Communications

The company is seeking a part-time, on-site Working Student for Group Communications in Zürich. The role supports internal and external communications projects and offers hands-on experience within a global organization.

This position supports the Group Communications team across various projects and daily operations. It provides practical exposure to internal and external communications within a global setting, making it a strong fit for organized and curious students interested in corporate engagement.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare internal materials, including presentations and intranet updates, while assisting with engagement campaigns.
• Maintain and update internal communication channels and platforms.
• Gather background research and compile briefing documents.
• Coordinate project materials, track timelines, and manage scheduling.
• Structure content and liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Support initiatives focused on Future of Work themes and academic partnerships, such as those with the University of Zurich.
• Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and track follow-up actions.
• Provide general coordination support to the broader Communications function.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in communications and organizational dynamics.
• Fluent written and verbal English skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
• Proactive, dependable, and motivated to learn.
