Identity & Access Management (IAM) Intern

The company is seeking an Identity & Access Management Intern in Zürich to support its global IAM solution through project work, incident management, and stakeholder coordination.

This internship sits within the Sika Identity & Access Management team, where the successful candidate will assist in building and maintaining the organization's worldwide IAM infrastructure. The position focuses on handling IAM-related projects, managing change requests and incidents, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure system reliability.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage identities, accounts, groups, resources, rules, and policies.
• Assist in gathering requirements, planning development tasks, and creating documentation.
• Participate in testing activities for IAM systems.
• Handle support tickets for incident management and process change requests for the IAM platform.
• Coordinate support solutions with the IAM vendor and other global stakeholders.
• Execute bulk and mass changes to identities and related data.

Requirements

• Educational background and preferably some experience in IAM or IT Security systems.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks autonomously.
• Proactive mindset to identify improvement opportunities.
• High level of accuracy and reliability in daily work.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of programming, SQL, or scripting languages.
