Senior IAM Engineer

Elca Informatik AG seeks a Senior IAM Engineer in Zürich to design, implement, and manage identity and access management solutions for diverse clients across multiple industries.

ELCA Security, a subsidiary of the ELCA Group with over 15 years of cybersecurity expertise, is looking for a Senior IAM Engineer to deliver robust identity and access management solutions to a varied client base across different sectors. The position focuses on designing, implementing, and managing these systems to meet unique client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and ongoing management of identity and access management solutions
• Perform requirement analysis using structured methodologies
• Design solution and architecture frameworks
• Implement IAM solutions and products
• Provide technical advice and support to clients throughout the IAM lifecycle
• Design, implement, and integrate IAM solutions tailored to client needs
• Take ownership of IAM projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and high quality
• Conduct market research and evaluate emerging IAM technologies for innovation opportunities
• Participate in presales activities, including product demonstrations and technical feasibility assessments

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience implementing IAM solutions with vendors like SailPoint, One Identity, Saviynt, MidPoint, or similar
• Strong understanding of IAM technologies and concepts, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID, AD, ADFS, Kerberos, and NTLM
• Knowledge of information security principles and methods
• Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as C# or Java
• Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain focus in demanding situations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
• A strong sense of dedication and drive to deliver high-quality results
• Fluency in English AND proficiency in French OR German

• Experience and knowledge with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
• Relevant certifications
• Proficiency in English, French and German
